The quizzes on StillNormal help you look at yourself from a bit of distance. They are not a medical or psychological assessment.
- Not a diagnosis. A quiz result describes what your answers showed. It does not establish any condition or disorder. Only a professional can make a diagnosis, and only after working with you in person.
- Not a replacement for help. A quiz does not replace talking to a psychologist, psychotherapist or doctor. If a result worries you, or things have been hard for a long time, that is a reason to see a professional, not to take another quiz.
- Not emergency help. This site is not an emergency service. If you or someone near you is in danger, contact the emergency services in your country.
- The limits of the quizzes. The quizzes draw on published scales and research, but an online quiz is a simplified version of any instrument: it doesn’t know your history or your circumstances. The methodology and its limits are described under each quiz.
